    Chef Nessa Luxury Experience/Catering Contract ✨

    A. Session Fees

    Client agrees to pay private chef a minimum $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure their catering date and time. This fee goes towards your session. The remaining balance is due the day of service. No exceptions!

    B. Costs & Travel Fees

    In the event that the location has Valet, valet fees must be covered. Catering options are pick up and paid delivery depending on area.

    C. Rescheduling

    In the event that an illness or situation prevents the private chef experience from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their booking without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the booking, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Chef reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

    D. Payment

    All remaining payments after deposit is made are due in full the day of service. All deposits are to be made via Apple Pay or Payment Link. Remaining balances can also be paid in cash.

    7% taxes are added to each order unless tax exempt.

    F. Menu Finalizations

    Menu needs to be finalized at the time of deposit payment. No changes/add ons within 72 hours. Multiple points of contact are not allowed to avoid confusion and ensure satisfaction. One point of contact is allowed.

    *Please be on time when picking up catered orders

    *Session requires the chef to be present 2-5 hours before booking for prep time.

    *Please book the private dining experience for hotel rooms or AirBnBs or event spaces with a fully equipped kitchen and/or workspace. Catering equipment/tools are additional fees. Please discuss anything needed prior to booking.

    *Please provide the Chef with any important details and address if necessary at least 2 days prior

    *Please notify the Chef of any allergens or diet restrictions for your requested menu*

    F. Refunds

    Refunds are not provided once the food/catering has left our facilities. If you are dissatisfied with service or products, please notify us as soon as we can to discuss resolution options. Thank you!
